Doomscrolling is the act of continuously looking for and reading devastating, anxiety-inducing news even though you know it’s bad for you.

My Message

The world is not bleak as the endless scroll of bad news makes it seem. It doesn't tell the whole truth. There is still good in the world. Take breaks from mind-numbing, upsetting content.
